By using Noverlay by denseware, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are solely and entirely responsible for any and all actions you take while using this software.
WE STRICTLY PROHIBIT THE USE OF NOVERLAY FOR ANY CHEATING PURPOSES WHATSOEVER. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ACADEMIC DISHONESTY, CHEATING ON ASSESSMENTS, EXAMINATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS, MISREPRESENTING YOUR SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE DURING INTERVIEWS, OR ANY OTHER DECEPTIVE, UNETHICAL, OR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.
If you choose to violate these terms and use Noverlay in a prohibited context, you do so entirely at your own risk. You will be held personally liable for any and all consequences, penalties, legal actions, academic expulsions, or terminations of employment that may arise as a result of your actions. denseware.site strictly disclaims any and all liability, and provides no indemnification or guarantees whatsoever. There are absolutely no loopholes or exceptions to this rule.
2. FREE TRIAL AND BILLING
THREE DAYS FREE, THEN AUTOMATIC MONTHLY BILLING
Premium begins with a 3 day free trial. You will not be charged for the first 3 days.
After that, billing starts automatically at $2.99 per month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page in your dashboard.

Because we provide immediate, unfettered access to our digital tools and intellectual property the moment you subscribe, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before completing it. While your satisfaction means the world to us, the digital nature of our service makes it impossible to 'return' the product once it has been accessed.
Furthermore, in our earnest pursuit to maintain a harmonious, secure, and flourishing community for all our valued users, denseware.site reserves the gentle but absolute right to manage our ecosystem. This means that we retain the exclusive right to modify, suspend, or respectfully cancel your subscription and access to Noverlay at any given time, for any reason we deem necessary to protect our platform.
While we always hope for a long and beautiful relationship with each of our users, should we need to part ways and terminate an account, please understand that we may do so without prior notice. In such heartfelt, yet necessary moments of separation, we must remind you that no refunds, prorated compensations, or financial reimbursements of any kind will be provided. 4. GENERAL USAGE
noverlay is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be completely error free, uninterrupted, or immune to future detection methods by third party software.
5. ACCOUNTS AND DATA
Your notes and data are synced to our servers only when you create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We will not sell your personal data to third parties.
